RHUDE offers returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items and special collaborations are considered final sale.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original luxury packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
